About The Event

On Sunday May 17th, we hosted an incredible collaboration at KinFolk Haven Wellness Centre.
Crystal guided our meditation and walked us through breathe work. Sarah who played those sound bowls like an angel. I was there offering essential oil support and reiki. 

Pairing these modalities together was magical! I can’t wait to do this again in this beautiful old hall! Incredible energy! So greatful that we were able to use this space!
